my mam betty as was know
born in runcorn in 1929 , she met and married my dad bill and had 6 children , billy, elaine , pat
colin ,tracy(me) and ian , mam loved to have a few halves of mild at a weekend and loved her
ciggies ,mam was kind hearted and used to do all the ironing and shopping etc for the old people
and friends and would help anyone , me mam had a dog called nellie who she walked 3/4 times a day
and everybody knew me mam as she was always happy to stop and chat to anyone, mam has 9
grandchildren at the time of her passing , nicola, martin, dale , kelly , carla , michelle, jodie ,
johnathan and natalie and 5 great grandchildren , brandon , zach , tori, courtney, keaton ..my mam
was fit and healthy until she was diagnosed with altzheimers ,this disease quickly took hold of her
and before long she couldn't live by herself as she was a danger to herself ,mam went to live in a
care home where we all visited her often , she was admitted to hospital with a broken wrist, they
operated and mam seemed well and was discharged but she was re-admitted a few days later as it
found that she had caught mrsa.... mam ended up bed ridden and 5 days later mam died ,her death
certificate stated pneumonia with the under lying factor altzheimers ......... no mention of mrsa
.........
since mam passed joe, armani . callum , nicole and newest great grandson robson have been born
